The Firm assists its clients in the analysis of each of the relevant profiles of an employment relationship: drafting of contracts and structuring of company regulations, disciplinary codes, company policies and policies for the use of IT resources.

The Firm's expertise also includes issues relating to the employment of executives and the employment of expatriates. The Firm has also developed an in-depth knowledge of corporate reorganisations, involving procedures such as collective dismissals, business transfers and business branch transfers, mergers and acquisitions.

The Professionals of the Firm have gained significant experience in labor law litigation and provide qualified assistance in court for any issue relating to labor law, as well as for issues relating to trade union law and industrial relations.

The Firm also provides judicial and extrajudicial advice on social security matters and in disputes with INPS, Inail and other entities.

The Firm also offers consultancy and legal support in matters of health, safety and hygiene at work: it deals with the preparation of proxies pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08, the preparation and drafting of identification documents for the employer, verification and analysis of the risk assessment and the related document and documents required by Legislative Decree 81/08 (among others: DUVRI, POS, PSC, HEALTH PLAN).

The Firm provides judicial assistance in the procedures before the judicial authorities for the violation of workplace safety regulations and in the procedures for requesting compensation for damages also from accidents on the workplace.
